Our engagement began with a deep-dive into each coffee brand’s buyer personas and sensory cues. We mapped tasting notes, roast intensity, and origin stories into a cohesive visual language, then storyboarded mood-shots that evoked aroma, warmth, and craft. On-set, prop stylists paired textured ceramics, steam trails, and natural light to capture “first-sip” moments, while our art directors shot macro details—oils on the bean, crema bloom—so shoppers could almost smell the brew. Parallel to photography, we developed a cataloguing framework that grouped SKUs by flavour profile, grind size, and brew method, making comparison effortless on Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C sites.
The biggest challenge was guiding first-time speciality buyers who felt overwhelmed by jargon. We solved this with serve guides and bite-size infographics: icon sets for grind settings, water ratios, and caffeine strength; step-through animations showing pour-over and French-press rituals. User testing revealed these micro-aids reduced bounce rates and boosted Add to Cart among newcomers by clarifying expectations—no more guessing whether “medium roast, washed process” suited them. By uniting immersive imagery, clear taxonomy, and education-driven design, we transformed discovery into a confident, aroma-rich journey from click to cup.
