Conceived in 2020 during college studio marathons, KUPAR grew from the realisation that two very different skill sets could form one powerful offer. Parth dreams up ideas by the minute; Kushagra turns those sparks into pixel‑perfect, motion‑led visuals. Early side gigs such as e‑wedding cards, furniture technical drawings, 3D modelling and rendering, micro‑animations, fashion shoots, pamphlets, and plenty of cross‑faculty assignment rescues proved the pair could shift seamlessly from concept to execution. Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad gave them the space to explore, connect, and refine their craft, fuelling countless late‑night brainstorming rides across the city’s quiet roads and discussions on the riverfront. Although their career paths briefly diverged (Kushagra into motion graphics, Parth into furniture development), both knew they would circle back. In 2024, a shared gut instinct prevailed: they resigned, pooled their savings, and focused full‑time on their venture. KUPAR Design Studio: an amalgam of KUshagra + PARth and a nod to the limitless “ocean of opportunities” in e‑commerce listing, was officially incorporated on 17 March 2025.

Today, the studio crafts standout visuals for both international and home‑grown brands; somewhere down the road, they hope to channel that expertise into lifting local artisans onto the same global stage. Work here is task‑based and relaxed; quiet mornings sometimes flow into energetic sprints; output always matters more than hours logged. Curiosity and initiative top the hiring list; skills are honed together; proprietary AI workflows keep repetitive tasks at bay, allowing new ideas to flourish. When laptops close, Parth heads to the tennis court; Kushagra dives into the pool; together they unwind with pickleball, cricket, and a ritual Nerf‑dart volley at a bullseye‑covered whiteboard, cheekily doubling as the sales target and deadlines. The vibe stays warm and scrappy; the standards stay sharp; and the goal remains simple: let creativity travel far while always feeling right at home. KUPAR’s journey is still young, but its blend of restless creativity and disciplined execution has already shown how two complementary minds can ride the growing wave of digital commerce without losing their handmade touch.
